Event Description:
Water walking is a great way to cool off while gaining overall health benefits. Water provides 12 times more resistance than air, yet is easier on your joints. Lap swimming improves your heart health and lung capacity. This program is open to everyone, although persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must be able to swim 100 meters continuously without assistance.
