Event Description:
Water aerobics is an effective form of exercise for anyone wanting to burn fat and calories, and tone muscle. Not only does it help improve circulation, water aids in reducing blood sugar levels and lowering blood pressure as well.
Both shallow and deep water classes can be enjoyede by swimmers and non-swimmers alike. No swimming skills required, just the ability to have fun. These 10 weeks classes can be enjoyed together or separately.

Shallow Water: Monday & Wednesday, June 2-Aug. 13, 12-1 p.m. or 6-7 p.m.
Deep Water: Tuesday & Thursday, June 3 - Aug. 14, 12-1 p.m. or 6-7 p.m.
Both Classes: Monday - Thursday, June 2 - Aug. 14, 12-1 p.m. or 6-7 p.m.
