Event Description:
Water aerobics is an effective for of exercise to help burn fat and calories, and tone muscles.  Water exercises improve circulation, reduce blood sugar levels, and lower blood pressure.  We incorporate both shallow and deep water exercises.  No swimming ability required, just the will to have fun.

MCHS pool, 900 Finley Ln

Classes are Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7-8 pm

Fees/Admission:
$45 for entire session or $4 drop in fee
