The Taylor/White Legislative Golf kicks off on Friday with a barbecue and shifts into high gear Saturday morning when legislators, local officials, lobbiests and residetns hit the links in an 18-hold scramble. Winners are announced, prizes awarded and legislators roasted at a banquet Saturday night.
