Teddy Bear Rescue
Event Description:
Girls in kindergarten through 3rd grade are invited to bring their favorite stuffed animal and their parent or guardian to learn what is an emergency, how to prepare ourselves and our stuffed animals for activities to stay safe, how to clean a minor scrape/cut and apply first aid, make a starter first aid kit, and practice calling 911. Girls will also learn about Girl Scouts and have an opportunity to join a troop.
In order for us to track attendance and provide enough supplies for every girl. Safety is a top priority at Girl Scouts of Colorado; we will pivot to virtual format for the event if county guidelines change prior to the event but we will be in touch with registered individuals should that happen.
