Event Description:
Job Club will be geared towards young adults enrolled in the SWAP program who are starting to explore future career pathways. Three main areas of focus for this club will be: Career exploration, Career development, and Employment-related instruction. We will be out and about in the community interacting with local businesses. Each day young adults will take part in the Bring Your A Game to Work © training. This is a signature youth training program that is designed to instill foundational workplace behaviors and values in young adults. All in all we will develop a strong understanding of what is expected from employers in different career pathways! We will also have a great time while providing a fun and active learning environment!
