Event Description:
The last weekend in January is filled with fun in the snow in Encampment, WY. A treasure hunt kicks off the carnival which includes youth and build-your-own-sled races, the VFW chili feed, a snow sculpture contest, the sixth street sprint and closes after the chili cook-off and cocoa cook-off.
Location:
Downtown Encampment WY
Treasure hunt: meet at Town Hall 614 McCaffrey Ave.
Sled races: registration is at 8th & Rankin
Snow sculpture contest: corner of 6th & Freeman, sign up at Town Hall
Sixth Street Sprint: Sixth & Barnett
Chill & Cocoa cook-offs: Sixth & Barnett

Jan. 28: Treasure hunt 6 p.m.
Jan. 29: Youth and build-your-own-sled races 10 a.m.
VFW chili feed 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Snow sculpture contest judging begins at 3 p.m.
Jan. 30: Sixth Street sprint 2 p.m.
Cocoa cook-off 2 p.m.
Chili cook-off 2 p.m.
