Event Description:
This program is designed for the young at heart. Water's natural buoyancy and resistance make it an ideal exercise medium for seniors. Health ailments such as diabetes, arthritis, menopause, heart problems and osteoarthritis, to name a few, can benefit from water aerobics. The senior class is free to participants 55 and older.

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11 a.m. to noon beginning May 29- Aug 14.  No classes the week of June 30-July 4.
