Event Description:
In this hands on class, students will prepare and curate dinosaur bones and other specimens housed at the Colorado Northwestern Field Museum. Students will learn skills such as, specimen identification, use of tools, assembly of bone fragments, and techniques for creating jackets and cradles. Upon completion of each course, students will earn certifications and may begin working as a volunteer in the field museum. The instructor is Sue Mock.
