The opera, composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed by the Emerald City Opera’s Opera Artist Institute, and presented by Emerald City Opera, a Steamboat Springs-based group, is set in the late 1700s in Naples, Italy. "The story is about two couples and ....the shenanigans that happen around jealousy" said Valerie Davis, Emerald City Opera’s Opera Artist Institute coordinator.
