Event Description:
The purpose of the symposium is twofold: one to increase public awareness and knowledge of oil and gas production in Northwest Colorado. Two, to educate surface and mineral rights owners.

4. Economic inpacts by a county commissioner
5. Regulation by Colorado Oil & Gas
6. Environment perspectives by Marty O'Mara, BLM
