Event Description:
Miss Yampa Valley is a unique program that is designed to help the Yampa Valley girls have a FUN filled experience that will also help them develop poise, self-confidence and other skills that they will use for the rest of their lives. Some of the skills they will be learning are: how to conduct themselves in a job interview; how to speak with confidence to adults, peers and to groups of people; and they will gain poise that will help them do whatever they may choose to do in life!
 
We are also giving back to the community. Every contestant is asked to bring a new toy - all the toys will be donated to the Christmas for Kids toy drive. We are also taking up a donation at the pageant finale, 100% of the donations are going to the United Way.

Date/Time Information:
Check-in starts at 8 a.m., the competitions will be throughout the day and the pageant finale will start at 6:30 p.m. and get over about 8 p.m.
