Event Description:
The town of Maybell will again host the Maybell Cultural Heritage Days throughout the weekend in the community park. Enjoy vendors, wagon rides, a kid's fishing pond, music, a silent auction, peoples choice art show, horseshoes, old time Western photography, face painting and the Great American Horse Drive.
 
Sombrero's Horse Drive will start at the Lone Mountain Corral in Browns Park, head east and will terminate at Sombrero's Big Gulch Ranch west of Craig. There will be approximately 600 head in the drive. Watch as they bring these horses down Highway 40 through the quaint town of Maybell. Feel the excitement and energy of the horses as they are being moved to their summer grounds. View all the horses and cowboys and cowgirls from the safety of the Maybell Park.

Saturday 6 p.m. - Community pot luck and pig roast followed by a dance in the park.  
There will be live music by Bob And Deb. Admission to the pig roast is a covered dish to share and a donation.
Sunday 8 a.m. - Breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase in the park.
 
On Sunday, Sombrero Ranch will drive the horses down Hwy 40 through the quaint town of Maybell. Activities at Maybell Park will include: horse viewing, food and craft vendors, music, a silent auction and kid's activities.
