Moffat County school children and their families are invited to a Literacy Carnival later this month. There will be free books for the kids, and plenty of activities, including games and a movie. The night is sponsored by the Sagebrush Reading Council and the Craig Boys and Girls Club, and is meant to encourage reading among schoolchildren. It will be held January 27th at the Boys and Girls Club in Craig. It starts at 5:30 with pizza and the carnival activities. At 6:30, parents will hear from a guest speaker, while the kids are watching a movie. Supervision will be provided for the children.
