Event Description:
Don't miss out on the two day balloon festival. There will be a pancake breakfast vendor booths, entertainment, balloon glow, entertainment, and more. Tethered rides may be given at the pilot's discretion. The winds must be calm and the pilot will have the final saying whether or not to tether and offer rides.

Saturday, August 3

  • Between 6 & 7 a.m. - Balloon launch (weather/winds permit)
  • 7 - 10 a.m. - Community pancake breakfast
  • 10 a.m- 7 p.m. - Vendor booths open
  • 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Activities open (kid’s activities), etc.)
  • 10 a.m. Whittle wood carver demonstration
  • 11 a.m. Balloon demonstration
  • 1:30 p.m. Pie eating contest
  • 3 p.m. Kite Flying contest
  • 3 - 8:30 p.m. Beer Garden
  • 6 - 8 p.m. Benny & The Jets (tribute to Elton Jon)
  • 8:15- 9:15 p.m. - Balloon glow (weather/wind permitting)    

Sunday, August 4   

  • Between 6 & 7 a.m. - Balloon launch (weather/wind permitting)
  • 9 a.m. - Balloon Awards Ceremony
