Health Fair in Dinosaur

Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association will host a Health Fair. You may drop-in, no appointment needed. Free cardiovascular screenings will be offered including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglyceride, glucose, blood -pressure, BMI and overall cardiovascular health score. Fasting is encouraged, but not required. Most immunizations for all ages will be available Please bring your insurance card and your immunization records. Parent must be present for child immunizations. Health Coverage Guides will also be available to answer questions about Health Insurance and Medicaid. Make sure to have your household’s social security numbers, driver’s license number and income information.
