Join the Northwest Colorado Community Health Partnership (NCCHP) as we partner with The Colorado Trust to present a Health Equity Learning Series. NCCHP will be hosting four viewing parties in Steamboat Springs. For those interested in hearing experts discuss health equity please join us. Anthony Iton, MD and Winston Wong, MD will speak about solutions for tackling social determinants of health. There will also be opportunities for a community forum and discussion following the speakers. Space is limited, you must RSVP to attend.
