Event Description:
Yampa River State Parks is having Park programs on weekends throughout the summer. Junior Ranger programs include beautiful butterflies and nature games. Park programs are for all ages and include Bat Bonanza, bird walks and monsters of the Yampa River pond (aquatic insects). The programs vary each week. Guest speakers will be present at some programs. This week on Saturday there will be Monsters of the Yampa River Ponds and Navigating with the Stars. Sunday will be Fathers Day Family Fishing.
Location:
Yampa River State Park, 15 miles east of Craig on Highway 40
Monsters of the Yampa River Ponds will meet at the fishing pond.
Navigating with the Start will meet at the group picnic shelter 
Fathers Day Family Fishing will meet at the group picnic area and fishing pond
Date/Time Information:
Times and activities vary weekly.
Monsters of the Yampa River Ponds meet from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Navigating with the Stars will meet from 8:45 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Fathers Day Family Fishing will meet 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Fees/Admission:
Activities are free to participate in, a daily or annual parks pass required.
Daily passes are $7 per day, annual passes are $70 or $60 for seniors.
