Event Description:
The NW Colorado Workforce Board is charged with the oversight of the Colorado Workforce Centers in NW Colorado and is comprised of business and community leaders from Grand, Jackson, Routt, Moffat, and Rio Blanco Counties. We will be discussing current and future employer needs and how our workforce centers can be more effective in meeting those needs. Your input is essential and we would like to hear your responses to the following questions:
Your workforce issues - what are your top 5 concerns for the future?
What are the necessary skills for an employees with training - what would that training look like? Do your employees require any licenses or certifications?
How do you recruit and retain employees? What is the number one problem you have encountered?
How can our Colorado Workforce Centers help you to achieve successful employment goals?
