Event Description:
Attention parents of high school and college age students, your child may be required to have additional immunizations before heading off to college. Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association will host a drop in immunization clinic. All recommended vaccines will be available for all ages. Please bring your insurance card and your immunization records. Those 17 and under will need a parent present. For more information call 970-824-8233.
