Event Description:
Welcome back, US Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (USHPA)!
A week of big air, long distance flying. Class 1, Class 5 and the Sport Class will compete for the title of National Champion.
Approximately 50 Pilots will launch from the Cliff Ridge Launch on Blue Mountain SW of Dinosaur Colorado flying over the Dinosaur National Monument, which covers more than 211,000 acres of spectacular canyon country. There are 4 Landing Zones; Maybell, Hayden, Meeker, and Rangely Colorado.
In addition to the hang gliding, there are events scheduled in surrounding areas. See dates & times for more information.
