Name: CU Mini Med School
Date: September 4, 2019
Event Description:
Free Weekly health education lectures. You won't get a medical degree, but those who attend 6 of the 8 sessions do receive a diploma! Mini Med School will improve your understanding of the human body, introduce youth to medical careers, and help attendees take charge of their health. The price is right (it's free), there is not homework and it is suitable for anyone from high school on.

The lectures take place on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora and are broadcast to sites all across Colorado where anyone can watch and interact via live video feed. Each presentation includes an hour on the evening's topic, followed by a half hour question and answer session.

This popular lecture series is brought to you as a community service from your friends at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Colorado's Area Health Education Centers, and CNCC.
