Community Health Fair

Join us for the annual Community Health Fair, Saturday, April 12, 2025. 7:00 am – 11:00 am Blood draws available the day of the event or in advance. Where: Outpatient Clinic Lab, Memorial Regional Hospital, 750 Hospital Loop When: April, 1,2,3, & 4 from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. AND April 8 & 9 from 6:00 am - 6 pm. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSSARY What you need: Plan to fill out your registration form and pay for the lab tests you’d like to receive. Cash or check only. How you will get your results: Plan to attend the Community Health Fair on April 12th, Memorial Regional Health, 7:00 am – 11:00 am!
