New for 2012 - The Balloon Festival will be teaming up with some World Class BBQ!
Barbeque chefs can compete for a chance at a $3,000 grand prize in the Colorado State BBQ Championships in Craig, Colorado. Chefs compete in four meat classes: chicken, ribs, pork and brisket. Competitors and attendees alike enjoy the live music, various vendors and beautiful scenery that comes with a visit to Craig and the BBQ Championships. Chefs compete in four meat classes: chicken, ribs, pork and brisket. The 3rd Annual Moffat County Hot Air Balloon Festival will have entertainment throughout the day with a pancake breakfast, community barbecue's, balloon launches, food vendors, gift & craft vendors, helicopter rides, etc. There will be a lot of children's activities and an evening "Balloon Glow" program.
