You are invited to Colorado's First Conservation District's annual meeting and banquet, featuring water issues that affect Moffat County.
5:30 p.m., Social time and Prime Rib dinner, courtesy of Colorado First CD
At 6:15 p.m., Jay Gallagher, NW Representative, Colorado Water Conservation Board, will address Colorado State Water Plan. Dan Birch, Colorado River Water Conservation District will address Colorado Compact Issues and the Yampa-White-Green Basin Plan. Jess Comstock, Directory of Natural Resources will address Moffat County Issues.
At 7:45 p.m., Ray Owens, District Chair and Leslee Hurst, District Manager will address Colorado First Conservation District Update. Justin Shirley, NRCS District Conservationist and Valeen Jaobs, FSA County Executive Director, will address USDA Updates.
JD Sexton, Extension Director will give the Moffat County CSU Extension Report.
