Northwest Rocky Mountain CASA has a new start in 2020! Jill Hunstad is the Moffat County Volunteer Supervisor and has been training and working closely with new volunteers who were sworn in as officers of the court on January 8. 2010. A CASA Volunteer is trained by Northwest Rocky Mountain CASA staff and appointed by a judge.
CASA is committed to providing awareness as well as education within the community while teaching the public to fully grasp the culture of child abuse and neglect in northwest Colorado. CASA has offices in Routt, Grand, and Moffat County.
We have recently moved- the office is part of CASA's new Rocky Mountain Community Center in Craig. CASA will be offering court appointed supervised visitation as well as educational, behavioral and therapeutic services.
