The Colorado Environmental Coalition and the Friends of Northwest Colorado Present Capitol Watch West Slope: Water for the West Speakers will provide us with news from the capitol including current water-related legislation and how these water issues are likely to impact the West Slope. Capitol Watch helps citizens get involved in pressing policy issues at the state legislature. The program is a blend of legislative education and grassroots action.
