Event Description:
As you may recall, Moffat County received fundng from the US Department of Commerce Economic Develpoment Administration and Department of Local Affairs to conduct a comprehensive economic assessment to further the economy beyond coal and energy reliance. Moffat County contracted with Better City to conduct the project. This assessment started in March of 2016 to gather information about demographics, existing job opportunities, identify opportunities for job growth and economic development and diversification throughout Moffat County. The last part of this project is coming to a close with recommendations from Better City from their work. Open House forum.
