Event Description:
This free event will offer the following screenings and services:
Immunizations:
The VNA will be giving immunizations. Attendees should bring their immunization records and insurance information if applicable.
Also free tot he first 250 attendees:
Attendees can enjoy a free hamburger or hotdog, chips and a drink during the lunch time hours.
Participating agencies: TMH Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Craig, Connections 4 Kids, Eye Care Specialties, Moffat County School District and Northwest Colorado Dental Coalition.
- Height, weight and blood pressure checks
- Screening tests for lead, glucose and hemoglobin levels
- Dental screenings
- Fire extinguisher training
- Concussion information
- Bike helmet fitting and bike safety
- Hand hygiene education
- Nutrition and healthy eating tips
