Join the Northwest Colorado Arts Council on Wednesday, November 17th for an artist meet and greet event. We will be showcasing new artwork in the Articulture Gallery, as well as our Solo Show Exhibit featuring the works of local artist Rebecca Hilley. This event is happening upstairs at the Yampa Building located at 775 Yampa Avenue.
