Event Description:
Following the 5th Annual VFW Fourth of July Parade, sponsored by V.F.W. Ladies' Auxiliary Post 4265 and American Legion Post 62, will start with the parade and then a community picnic with games for children, a money pit and prizes. Bring your favorite dessert to share. All floats are welcome. Parade line-up starts at 10 a.m.. Judging will be done before the parade. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes will be paid out after Parade at V.F.W. There will be games for children, a money pit and a picnic at noon. Picnic includes hamburgers and hot dogs, water and soda. Please bring a dessert to share. Council of Administration from Denver will be here for veterans.This is a fund raiser for V.F. W. Scholarship Fund. All monies collected go to the V.F.W. Scholarship Fund.
